My verdict: the headline number on this listing is the whole reason people dismiss it, and it is the wrong number to look at. It is a boat, not a seat, for up to five people over six hours, with a private skipper, swim stops, Punta Carena and Marina Grande. Divided across a full boat it lands near the per-person price of the group tours, and it buys something none of them can: a day that bends to you. It carries the highest score on this site on the thinnest evidence, sixteen reviews, and I would rather flag that than trade on it.
The arithmetic, before anything else
